Keep in mind, all items are handmade once you place an order,a 25% restocking fee is deducted from your credit amount for Returns or Exchanges.
Refunds are ONLY available 10 days after the delivery date & must be sent back to us within 10 days after the jewelry has been delivered to your doorstep. Exchanges are available up to 30 days after delivery date. A 25% restocking fee is deducted from the credit amount at that time.
NO Exchanges or Refunds after 30 days from the delivery date.
Shipping costs for Returns & Exchanges are NOT refundable.
QUALITY GUARANTEE: If for any reason your jewelry gets damaged within 30 days of purchase, email us (Service@JemCouture.com) & send back your item (with signature required option) & well fix it or send you a new one at no cost. You only pay for the shipping when sending.
We are not responsible for Lost items send back to us & therefore will not provide a refund / exchange for items sent back that we have not received. Please make sure you have a Tracking number for safe returns.
